Erica Torres, of Norwalk, was arrested around 11:10 p.m., On Saturday, July 3, after she was spotted her driving a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox southbound on Danbury Road when she swerved and almost collided with another vehicle traveling northbound, said the Wilton Police.
After being stopped, Torres failed field sobriety tests and registered 0.1459 on a blood-alcohol test, police said.
During the booking process, Torrest allegedly became verbally abusive with officers and urinated on the jail cell floor, police said.
She was charged with DUI/liquor/drugs, failure to drive right, and failure to carry registration and insurance information.
Torres was released after posting $260 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 13.
